Chestermere will be a "have" City, not a "have not" City.  By restructuring the City, focused on 

• Efficiency in spending, spending tax payers funds smartly. 

• Effectiveness, ensuring we accomplish our goals.

• Experience, continue to build an excellent experienced team at the City.

Many people will want to move to Chestermere as is and even more as we improve and restructure our City. It is important to determine how residents want the City to grow and feel. Our council does not feel high density and low cost housing is the right fit for Chestermere. Larger lots and more focus on safety, family and recreation is a clear focus.
