6. Wrecked Serenity Development - Lost $36M by decision to move storm water pond back to Serenity lands from Swamp lands to the south.

7. McIver, Lagore terminated MNP investigation into corruption, collusion with RCMP, past Council, Mciver, Municipal Affairs, RCMP and Councilor Narayan, Dean & Watt. Judicial Interference. Conflict of interest breach, breach of ethics. 

8. McIver, Lagore, Vincent terminated lawsuit against alleged theft of $600k of tax payers funds by interim CAO harry harker to Brenda hewko ex cfo and tracey radloff ex Director of HR.

9. McIver, Lagore, Vincent , terminated lawsuit against alleged destruction of City property by IT Manager, Trevor Areyes, Brenda Hewko and Harry Harker.
