Council passed a motion in late 2021 for Administration to do a forensic Audit on past projects and not to shred any documents. The Mayor caught this truck attempting to shred 200 boxes of files and stopped it.

It was revealed a year later, that a rogue staff member had gone into the file boxes, before they were reviewed and removed the sensitive files.
