Evidence of the RCMP willing to file false charges against the Mayor, CAO, Councilors and City staff, because they are City is willing to consider replacing the RCMP, with a City Police Force.

Second, they are considering arresting a duly elected Mayor & Councilors, due to false rumers from fired staff. The additional corruption is why would the Mayor and Council be involved? This indicated possible collusion with Municipal Affairs. As there is a proven connection in the 

Part 1 - Plot to fire CAO

Allegedly, in collusion with RCMP Stubbs, in possession of stolen confidential City Budget property. It is believed that RCMP were trying to file false charges against CAO Wollynice, then planned to have Councilors Dean, Narayan and Watt demand the CAO to be fired.

Councilor Narayan, Watt, Dean demand the firing of CAO with allegedly false evidence, in collusion with the RCMP and stolen confidential City Budget files. 

Councilor Narayan, requesting unauthorized Official City Business meeting with RCMP Stubbs.

Deputy Minister Gary Sandberg, caught improperly communicating with RCMP Stubbs. Not wanting any written records, only phone calls. Councilor caught colluding with Municipal Affairs and RCMP to coordinate inappropriate meeting. RCMP Klassen, indicated it was inappropriate of  Deputy Minister and RCMP officer Stubbs to communicate and if the RCMP was to communicate with Municipal Affairs, it would definitely not be Stubbs and would be someone higher in rank and likely not even someone from this detachment. Clearly confirms additional conflicts of interest and collusion by Municipal Affairs and that they follow no rules.

• Jan 15, 2022 Narayan requests an unauthorized meeting with RCMP Stubbs, about Official Council Business. 

• Jan 28, 2022, Narayan is caught orchestrating an improper meeting with Deputy Minister Gary Sandberg & RCMP Stubbs. 

• June 20, 2022 Narayan, identifies to Municipal Affairs that the RCMP have an investigation into the Mayor of wire tapping. 

• July 2023, RCMP are attempting to file false charges of eavesdropping against the Mayor, CAO and staff.
