When the Mayor took office Oct 19,2021, the Mayors office had been completely cleaned out. Not a file, a pencil, a note pad, not any evidence the Mayor had been doing any work for the previous four years.  Additionally, not a single file in the computer and all emails had been deleted.

Shortly, after the election, the CAO had been removed. It was then noticed that all of the CAO's files and emails had been erased and deleted also. Destruction of City files is a crime. The perpetrators had gone to the lengths to even delete the server files containing the emails for the Mayor and the CAO. All backups as well. At least they thought, a lost copy of a backup was later found in a unknown desks drawer mixed in with papers. Proving the destruction of property.  Municipal Affairs & Ric McIver & Inspector Cuff were told of these crimes and asked to investigate this back in 2022. They declined. Now its in Court and they are interfering with the Judicial Court process.  

This person was also caught deleting computer hard drives of the Mayor and senior management. This person had allegedly broken into the Mayors office and removed a laptop of an ex CAO, Councils staff, and deleted the hard drive.
