This issue is quite amazing. We have a very uncomfortable situation that has been created by Municipal Affairs. MA has been caught trying to manipulate some of our staff, covertly behind our backs. The backs of the duly elected officials and our CAO’s.
Trying to undermine our City, Councilors, CAO’s and staff. This behavior is very confusing and intimidating for our staff, whom have come to us. Our March 15, 2022 Council Minutes were fraudulently amended by a staff member, intentionally removing the Mayor from the motion and then posting these fraudulent minutes in the wrong area on our website, in the archive section for pre-2018 area of our old website. Oddly, being the only single item added after June 2018. Pretty sloppy mistake by these moles. The proof of this was shown very quickly in the previous presentation.
Municipal Affairs and George Cuff were sent the Council meeting Video of March 15, showing the true motion voted on, which had the Mayor in the motion. Plus they were sent the correct minutes many times. Plus they were sent the correct full motion many times with the mayor in the motion correctly.
Most shockingly, is that even though MA was given the correct motion including the Mayor in the motion over and over again. In the AUG 2 2023, meeting with Minister McIvor and for this response, the Minister is caught accusing the Mayor of not being in the motion discussing projects on the March 15, 2023 minutes!
Shockingly, picking the negative fraudulent side, that somehow?? they found the falsified version in the archive pre-2018 area of our website, that some rogue had snuck in. The only singular document loaded incorrectly in our archive and the only document loaded since June 2018 in our archive.
Then rather than simply asking us a question, that there seems to be some confusion on a past motion. MA and Minister McIvor choose to attack us and the Mayor about a shockingly obvious manipulated situation. Which makes one question, who did this and why and how did Minister McIvor even find this obscurely loaded document?
The City is investigating how the march 15, 2022 document could have been falsified and posted incorrectly in the archive pre 2018 section of the City's website.

Alleged Bribery of Staff by Municipal Affairs - Legislative person was offered an increase in salary up to $50k/yr plus a Director of Corporate Services position. She met with the HR manager and attempted to convince the City director of Planning and Development that he could become the sole CAO & a raise and council would be removed. This person was caught disclosing the fraudulent minutes to a staff member, and had the ability to load incorrect minutes. Though not enough knowledge to load to the new system, as they were not trained in it yet. Bribing a government staff is a criminal offence. This was in process of a Court Application for a Judge to order the Crown prosecutor to investigate, as we cannot trust our local RCMP.
MA caught allegedly bribing city government official,
manager of legislative services. offered increase in salary, job promotion to director of corporate services.
Offered City Director, to become the single CAO
offered incentive to HR manager
bribed Staff member, allegedly committed fraud in doctoring minutes, Municipal Affairs & Ric McIver allegedly participated and colluded in fraud and went after Mayor with false statement of breach in directive 8a, due to doctored minutes.
